Very informative with their services. My daughter needed tires for her Jeep Compass. I told her about RNR, she called them and they got her an appointment the next day. They allowed me to inspect the used tires they were installing. The quality of the used tires is high. Alot of treadlife left. The extended warranty is at a good price for an additional year after the pay off and she also gets road side assistance should something happen. All-in-all, my daughter and I are happy with their services and especially their customer service.

I came in while on a trip to Tyler to visit my sister in the hospital with what I would call a small tire emergency. The people in the sales area were very friendly and polite. As we worked thru my tire problems these people were SUPER IMPRESSIVE and went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me with affordable options and get me safely back on the road for my trip back to Sulphur Springs. Thanks yall are the best

On 5/5/26 I went to R&R tires to have my new set of Rims And Tires placed on my Polaris Slingshot. From the time I entered the door the customer service was exceptional. Staff and management were very professional, approachable, and knowledgeable, and willing to go to extra mile to ensure everything went smooth and everything was done correctly. I definitely will return for future business.
